Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness despite being completely unprepared. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual workout.
